Where have you been?
I don’t really know. Nothing very interesting has been happening this week. Monday I went to uni and nothing else, Tuesday was much the same.
On Wednesday, I had an archaeology exam, (my degree is Economics and Spanish so why the fuck I had an archeology exam I do not know), and my weekly dance class. This week was Bachata. I’ve never done Bachata before, but my friends and I figured we’d challenge ourselves and moved into the intermediate group. At the start, we were fully out of our depth, but after a while we got into the swing of things. Wednesday also brought the first situation of slight conflict I’ve had since being here. People always say that a group of girls is inevitably going to be a bit catty, but having had mostly only girls as friends for my entire life, (all girls school, holla holla), I have personally never really experienced a high level of bitchiness or anything. Wednesday was just a bit school girl in nature and everything is fine now, but things like that always make you re-evaulate your level of friendship with some people.
Thursday marked my one month anniversary of being here in Spain, (I know that’s not really a thing but I’m making it one), so I went into Madrid for drinks and dinner.

Nothing else really to report, but I do have some exciting plans this weekend and next week. I’m really looking forward to them!

No sé exactamente. Nada interesante ha pasado esta semana. El lunes, fui a la universidad y nada más; el martes fue lo mismo.
El miércoles tuve un examen en la arqueología, (mi carrera esta en las económicas y el español , entonces no entiendo por qué yo tuve un examen en la arqueología), y mi clase de baile. Esta semana el estilo fue Bachata. No he bailado nunca la bachata pero queríamos desafiarnos entonces participamos en la clases intermedio. Al principio, fue muy difícil  pero logramos entender todo. Este día produjo el primer conflicto en España. Muchas dirían que un grupo de chicas significan irritabilidad pero yo he experimentado nunca como así, y la mayoría de mis amigos son chicas. El conflicto fue muy ‘high-school’ y todo ha sido arreglado, sin embargo, tengo que revaluar mis amistades con algunas.
El jueves marco un mes que llegué aquí en España. Fui a Madrid para cenar y beber.

No tengo nada más para contar. Tengo los planes interesantes este fin de y la semana que viene. No puedo esperar a ellos!
